Returns & exchanges
Every now and then, dissatisfaction will occur or mistakes will happen.
Yes, we said it.
Despite all of our good intentions, obviously;
and despite only selling high-quality garments we deem an added value for your wardrobe.
If that’s the reason you’re reading this part, by the way,
then allow us to apologize to you once again for any inconvenience caused. We’ll do our very best to make it right!
Make sure to let us know what’s wrong… preferably via email firstname.lastname@example.org
We will then take your claim into consideration as soon as possible.
Here’s how we handle such unfortunate situations
– as per our Terms & Conditions, articles 6 and 7:
At Issaiah, we allow for a 30-day right of return or exchange,
starting on the day following the receipt of the items ordered.
Of course, first you’ll have to inform us of the fact that you will be returning or exchanging an order. As soon as that message has been sent out, you have 14 days to return the product(s) to us. Upon receipt, Issaiah will refund your purchase (shipping costs excl.) or validate an exchange within 14 days.
Items that are being returned must be in new and unused/unworn condition.
Issaiah reserves the right to refuse a return if the garments are deemed used or damaged; or if the packaging is damaged.
Another important sidenote: return shipping costs are not covered by Issaiah.
Returns that will never be authorised:
- Used, soiled, damaged or incomplete products.
- Products of which the packaging (or part of the packaging, including labels) is damaged or missing.
- Customized or tailor-made orders.
These return policies only apply on private customers (without VAT number).
